The mild climate of the Tuscan Maremma, permits hospitality in our agriturismo all year long and the practice of sports activities in autumn and winter too.
Trekking e Mountainbike
There are plenty of signposted trails in the surrounding territory wich is rich in medieval towns, the ruins of old castles, towers and churches whose evocative atmosphere is still intact.
Cycling: This is an heaven thanks to the rolling Hills of high Tuscan Maremma, far from city chaos, immersed in nature.
Bouldering and free climbing:
A few kms away, near the agriturismo, on the Sassoforte Mountain next to the ruins of a medieval castle, there is a small cliff well equipped for climbing activities, and in the surrounding beech-wood there are plenty of boulders of many forms and dimensions for the joy of the climbers.
Fishing: rivers Merse and Farma, or the small lake close to our agriturismo.
Survival course on the river Farma and tennis court 4 km
In the autumn the Maremma reveals its secrets in the form of local products such as wine, oil, mushrooms, chestnuts… This is the time to enjoy its charming atmosphere.
