PRICES 2024
The prices quoted are per apartment and are valid for the year 2024.
The prices include: use of Wi-Fi, swimming pool, laundry facilities, barbeque and car park, clean linen (sheets, towels and kitchen linen) every week and end-of-stay cleaning.
Heating upon request: 7 euro per day.
Extra bed: 30 euro per week.
Breakfast is available upon request : euro 4/pers
Pets are welcome subject to notification. An additional charge of 30 euro is requested.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
A week is considered as going from Saturday (arrival after 4 p.m.) to Saturday (departure by 10 a.m.).
In the low season arrival is possible any day of the week, with a minimum stay of 2 days.
Payment method: A deposit of 30% of the total payment is to be paid by bank transfer upon booking. The balance is to be paid upon arrival in cash.
A security deposit of 150 euro is requested upon arrival.
